Time to Step Up Your Game!

Due to sales growth, LPM Systems is searching for an additional Account Manager to grow and support customers throughout Oregon and the United States. Currently our customer mix is 60% outside of Oregon and 40% within Oregon. Biz development travel will be localized within Oregon with overnight travel only a few times annually. This position can be based in either our Springfield or Portland locations. If based in Springfield, frequent travel to the Portland area will be necessary to develop new business. This position includes additional compensation in the form of commission incentives for new business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Business Development—80% of job responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our LPM brand. LPM supplies high-quality packaging and labeling materials for businesses across the US. Products include beverage filtration, building materials, packaging & shipping, PPE, tapes, warehouse and supply, and glue. Our products support a wide range of businesses within food & beverage, retail, construction & remodeling, engineering & manufacturing, with companies such as Anheuser Busch, Nike, Nordstrom, and Nabisco.
  • Successfully maintain LPM customer relationships and , provide customer support for company products. Note: Our companies are Industrial Source, National Extinguisher Service, National Fire Fighter Corp., ADOCA, and LPM Systems.
  • Determine what customers want, help create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
  • Assist with negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
