Clinical Therapist (Mental Health)

We are rapidly growing and need outstanding therapists to join our team!

MMBHS provides outpatient Mental Health/Alcohol and Drug Therapy along with Medication Management to families, couples, children and adults. We offer both individual and group services to clients.

Make your own schedule! The agency is open 7 days a week allowing for a fully flexible schedule. Telehealth options are also available. Paid time off is also available.

Focus on your clients while the administrative staff handles the referrals, paperwork, scheduling and billing.

State-certified supervisors are on site to provided FREE supervision for all staff.

We offer contracted and hourly positions.

Therapist Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients per week
• Diagnose and create treatment plans
• Complete clinical paperwork (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes)
• Provide referrals and crisis intervention services as appropriate.
• Conduct Speciality Mental Health groups
• Conduct OP/IOP/Education groups
• Coordinate client care with multidisciplinary team members

Therapist Requirements

• Have at least a Master's Degree and be licensed in the State of Maryland as an LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, LMSW or LCSW-C.
• Have at least an ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LCADC

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
