Full job description

The Tool Crib Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory of small tools/parts and distributing equipment to personnel. This role is best suited for a team player who is organized and can work with a firm yet honest disposition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory of small tools, parts, and supplies.
  • Distribute tools, equipment, and supplies to the appropriate party.
  • Monitor usage and document accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and accurate reporting.
  • Responsible for checking out and distributing loaner/rental vehicles to drivers when needed.
  • Manage and maintain a clean, organized tool crib.
  • Provide assistance to workers using the tools if necessary.
  • In control of providing maintenance support for the yard and shop facility when needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Skills Needed:

  • Must have a valid, clean driving record.
  • Ability to use a computer, ipad, and/or iphone
  • Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality and trustworthiness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
