Tower Technician Wireless - Construction

Job Summary - This position assists with the construction and installation of antennas, mounts, coax and associated equipment. Upgrade of existing equipment, removal of existing equipment and/or installation of new Structural Modifications. ATT O-RAN Experience is a plus.

Essential Functions

o Maintain good physical condition with ability to climb, stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 75 lbs.

o Must maintain active driving license with ability to travel out of state via company vehicle, rental vehicle or plane.

o Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

o Work at elevation by climbing structures and occasional use of aerial platform.

o Must pass pre employment screening.

Primary Tasks

· Ability to use hand and power tools.

· Ability to climb and work at heights, work in various environmental settings and be in good physical condition with the ability to bend, crawl, squat and lift 75 lbs, in addition to body weight, gear and tools.

· Ability to read, comprehend and execute installation drawings.

· Rigging and lifting parts with cathead, crane or telehandler

· Strong ability to manage time / scheduling.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

· An ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

· An ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a sometimes stressful environment.

· An ability to assist with the management of the scheduling, quality and completion of projects.

· Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and attention to detail are a must.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

· Current OSHA 10, First Aid and CPR certifications preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 65 per week
