Truck Driver

L&R Transport is looking for hardworking, experienced Class A CDL Truck Drivers with vac tanker experience and flatbed experience, HAZMAT credential.

We provide full time hours, bi-weekly pay and great benefits.

Truck Driver Major Duties:

• Operate equipment safely to and from locations
• Complete required paperwork for each job including pre & post trip inspections, work orders, ELD & time sheets
• Flexibility to work outside of normal work schedule as needed to maintain customer satisfaction
• Perform yard duties as assigned
• Communication Skills
• Customer Service - you will work with clients & will represent The L&R Group. We strive for professionalism, honesty and integrity.
• Ability to Follow Instructions
• Out of state travel required - CDL Driver incentive program
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG & BACKGROUND CHECKS

Truck Driver Requirements:

• At least 3 years CDL Truck Driving experience
• Valid Class A commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (TANKER, HAZMAT, Doubles)
• Maintain a current medical card
• Comply with applicable DOT rules and regulations
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Truck Driver Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and position equipment weighing 75 lbs
• Able to sit long periods while driving
• Able to stand long periods while cargo is being loaded and unloaded
