About the Role

This is an in-office, entry-level position that provides administrative support to our Trust programs. The Trust Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of office and clerical duties, assist in the day-to-day administration of the trusts, help keep in communication with beneficiaries and their teams, and support case managers and trust administrators as they conduct a variety of trust-related services.

A Day in the Life of a Case Manager Assistant

During any given day as a case manager assistant at CFPD, you might…

· Post regular, ongoing bills and expenses through our financial service software.

· Answer incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person.

· Upload documents and records to the cloud.

· Return calls from beneficiaries, their family and team members to give updates or ask for more information to help the case manager

· Help with online shopping for a beneficiary, or research information and options for a request a client has made.

· Print and mail letters and notices, provide trust statements upon request

· Help track down expense backups and researching deposits with incomplete information.

· Provide coverage and backup for office-related duties when coworkers are away or on vacation.

· Assist the administrative coordinator, case managers and trust administrators as needed.

· In-person shopping in the community with beneficiaries and their teams.

· Assist with processing intake documents for incoming beneficiaries.

What You Will Bring Along:

  • High School graduate.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • One-three years of administrative experience.
  • At least one year of experience working with people with disabilities (preferred).
  • Clean background check & satisfactory credit report.
  • Driver’s license, a working automobile, and a willingness to drive within the Denver Metro and surrounding areas and occasionally transport beneficiaries.
  • Ability to speak clearly and hear well due to heavy telephone contact.
