Bellingham Urology Group (BUG) is an established urology practice based in Bellingham, WA with a rich legacy and a large, dedicated patient base. Our practice is currently undergoing a dynamic transition with the upcoming retirement of one of our seasoned urologists, making way for the next generation of medical talent to continue our tradition of excellent patient care. We are fully physician owned, with facilities that include a large office, an in-house ambulatory surgery center, and a satellite office in nearby Mount Vernon, WA.

As a part of our team, you will be working alongside a highly skilled, board-certified general urologist who is passionate about transforming and growing the practice. Our practice prides itself on utilizing the latest in medical technology and methodology, evident in our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center attached to the clinic. This facility allows us to provide a comprehensive suite of urological procedures, enabling us to offer the highest level of care without the need for external referrals.

Just a short distance away, St. Joseph's Hospital further extends our capabilities. With two DaVinci Xi robotic surgical systems on site, the hospital is ideally equipped to support a urologist with robotic training.

Join us in our journey to continue our reputation for excellence, expand our practice, and provide outstanding urological care in the Bellingham area. Together, we can shape the future of urological care in our community.

Bellingham Urology Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Urologist to join our team. 2. Perform surgeries and procedures in our in-house ASC, including expertise in performing robotic surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital nearby.

3. Work closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including physician assistants and advanced registered nurse practitioners, to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

4. Stay informed about advancements and best practices in the field of Urology, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care.

5. Take part in clinic and hospital duties, ensuring continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

6. Demonstrate a strong interest in long-term practice development, with potential aspirations to become a partner in the practice.

Qualifications:

2. Board certified or eligible in Urology.

3. A valid medical license in the state of Washington or eligibility for licensure.

5. Excellent communication and patient management skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of malpractice coverage, paid time off, health insurance, retirement benefits, and opportunities for professional development and partnership.
