Van Driver
Full job description
The Driver works closely with the Program Director. Duties include driving a 14-passenger van and day center supervision. Distance to drive may vary from day to day depending on the location of host congregation and the Day Center. Driver will be responsible for fueling, washing, and routine cleaning of the van.
Minimum Requirements:
Completion of High School or equivalent
Possession of a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License & clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and ability to get along with others. Some experience working with low-income families and volunteers desired.

Hours:
Driver works part-time, afternoons Monday-Friday and weekends Saturday morning and Saturday evening as well as Sunday morning and evening. Work hours will be Monday - Friday 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 4:00-6:00 p.m. and Sunday 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and 4:00-6:00 p.m. Approximately 15-20 hours per week. Opportunity to work additional fill-in hours to cover for sickness and vacations of the other van driver.
Hours could vary depending on the time of year and/or the number of families to serve. Additionally, depending on which host congregation is used that week and the distance to the Day Center located in Lancaster, travel time may vary each day.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 20 per week
