Job Summary
We are seeking a hard working and motivated Van Sales & Delivery Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for growing sales and expanding our catalog into alternative non-grocery locations such as convenience stores, independent retailers, hardware stores, offices, gyms, schools, etc. This role combines direct sales, merchandising, delivery, inventory control, and customer relationship management to increase sales volume, expand product distribution, and ensure exceptional service execution.

Duties

  • Safely operate a company van to deliver products to various locations within the designated area
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional customer service during each interaction
  • Promote and sell products to existing and potential customers during deliveries
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
  • Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained
  • Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during deliveries

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proven sales ability with the confidence to promote products effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
  • Ability to lift and carry packages as needed during deliveries
