An average of $30,000 - $37,500 per year including base, commissions and bonuses

Wireless Made Simple, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is looking for dynamic, energetic, determined and “all about the fun” people to join our incredible wireless sales team as Verizon Wireless Sales Consultants. What? No sales experience? NO PROBLEM! We pay you while we train you to become a Verizon Wireless selling rock star.

What will you be doing?

  • Greeting customers and determining their needs and wants from our fantastic selection of Verizon Wireless products and services.
  • Positioning products and services that will benefit the customers and create an experience that will keep them coming back for more!
  • Contact customers with potential savings and upgrades.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and handle all administrative aspects of each sale.
  • Set follow-up appointments to close potential sales.
  • Process bill payments and purchases.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, plans and promotions by staying up to date on the latest technology and trainings.
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere where customers enjoy visiting.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred, but not required.
  • High School or GED (Required) and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Familiarity with wireless devices, equipment and plans preferred but not required.
  • Open and friendly personality, enjoy talking to new people.
  • Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to be at work on time, every time.
