Veterinary Cardiology Administrative Doctor's Assistant

VCA Animal Specialty & Emergency Center is seeking Doctors Assistants to join the cardiology department at our AAHA-accredited, 24-hour emergency and multi-specialty practice in West Los Angeles, California.

ASEC is high volume, AAHA accredited, state-of-the-art specialty referral and 24-hour critical care hospital located in West Los Angeles. We are a fast paced teaching hospital that provides an amazing learning environment and a rewarding caseload. We pride ourselves on our dedicated and compassionate technical and non-technical staff as well as our team of amazing specialists, senior clinicians, and interns. Team members who have a strong desire to learn and great communication skills are a must. This is a clerical position in which you work alongside one of our cardiologists and help with tasks such as client communication and echocardiogram reports.

All applicants should be proficient at the following skills:

• Experience with computers, phones, and billing is recommended but not required.
• Experience in the veterinary field is recommended but not required.

Ideally seeking full-time employees (four 10-hour shifts per week).Pay rates are determined by experience level and credentials.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
