We are looking for a veterinary technician with a passion for animals. Our veterinary clinic provides care for pets in need and is quickly growing! Strong desire to work in a busy team environment with excellent communication, organizational and animal handling skills.

Our ideal candidate has a deep, personal passion for our mission and is committed to serving the people and pets of St. Louis and surrounding areas. Candidate will be an LVT and have a minimum of one year clinical background, including anesthetic induction, surgical prep, and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to: Check in/check out patients for surgery, assist the Veterinarians in the evaluation, surgery, monitoring and recovery of spay/neuter and preventative wellness for patients.

We are seeking one or two technicians who will serve as a surgery technician and/or preventive care technician. Our technicians are responsible for the comfort and safety of all patients in their care at Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic. Our preventive care technicians work with our veterinarians to provide well pet services to our patients. All Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic veterinarians and technicians are responsible for sharing medical information with clients with compassion and empathy.

Working exclusively in preventive care is also a possibility. Our days and hours of operation reflect the needs of our clients, so some Saturdays and early evenings may be required.
