Vinyl Dip Molding Machine Operator

SUMMARY: Responsible for operating VDM equipment as directed by performing the following duties. Strong basic Math & computer skills are essential.

Day shift is 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

• Complete machine operation.
• Set up new parts on all machines.
• Complete shift machine reports.
• Obtain piece weights and package products.
• Must be able to operate forklift if required by Shift Lead/Supervisor.
• Produce samples when necessary.
• Report scrap product to shift leader.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.25 - $18.25 per hour
