Job Overview

We’re seeking a high-energy Virtual Sales Representatives specializing in high-ticket sales and business development. In this role, you will be the driving force behind generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving premium sales opportunities across diverse industries. Your expertise in B2B sales, client relationship building, digital solutions (websites, marketing, AI automation, content creation, etc), and account management will empower you to connect with prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and upsell effectively—all from the comfort of your home. High Commission

  • Up to 13.5% commission on high ticket deals. Commission scales with assigned roles (lead finding & setting).

Duties

  • Engage potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and strategic outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to showcase high-value offerings and address client needs effectively.
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts through proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Slack to track leads, update client information, and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Garner interest for high-ticket deals by understanding client requirements, overcoming objections, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that generate quality leads and expand market reach.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or B2B sales with a focus on high-value transactions.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories efficiently.
  • Expertise in business development, lead generation, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, upselling techniques, and territory management strategies.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify new opportunities, and optimize sales approaches.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging prospects via cold calling or virtual meetings while maintaining professionalism.
