  • Support the Engagement Committee, helping coordinate cross-agency collaboration, volunteer appreciation efforts, and ongoing member connection opportunities.

Building & Administrative Support

  • Serve as the daily onsite presence during public hours, greeting guests, answering phones, and assisting visitors.
  • Manage shared building needs including signage updates, supply inventory, equipment troubleshooting (e.g., copier/postage), and coordinating with vendors.
  • Fill front desk coverage gaps when volunteers are unavailable; perform opening and closing duties.
  • Support administrative tasks such as bank deposits, agency and staff onboarding coordination, and maintaining organizational files.
  • Run monthly administrative reports and assist with data and tracking needs across departments.
  • Complete additional assignments and projects as directed by the CEO to support ONC’s overall operations and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Events & Communications Coordinator to align on outreach, program support, volunteer needs, and logistics
  • Assist in organizing and/or staffing mission-aligned community events and engagement
