As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the key functions of our warehouse, including receiving products, preparing customer orders, and ensuring efficient deliveries. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also serve as a back-up delivery driver as needed, helping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your role is essential to the success of our operations, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

• $25.00/hourly
• Full time, up to 40 hours per week, starting as early as 8:00am and may vary based on customer and/or company needs.

Requirements:

• Educational Requirements: Basic knowledge of mathematics
• Experience Requirements: At least 21 years old with a minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience. Ability to operate a box truck or personal passenger vehicle preferred. Clean driving record with no DUI or DWI convictions.
• Licensing/Registration/Certification: Valid New Mexico or Texas Driver’s License.
• Physical Requirements: Sound physical condition, able to lift 50lbs regularly, and operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Language Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

General Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse, ensuring daily activities align with operational goals.
• Perform daily inspections of the warehouse to ensure safety and compliance.
• Cross-train with coworkers for various warehouse and showroom functions.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Maintain the physical condition and safety of warehouse equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties as directed by the supervisor.

Additional Warehouse Responsibilities:

• General receiving duties
• General order selection and preparation duties
• Assist walk-in customers and answer phones when required.
• Follow all company and DOT regulations.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold safety standards
• Serve as a back-up delivery driver as needed
