SHOE SHOW, INC., the country’s largest privately held footwear retailer in business 64 years with more than 1,000 stores in 47 states, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is available in our Distribution Center, located at 2201 Trinity Church Rd in Concord, NC. Local candidates are encouraged to apply!

What you should know:

This individual will be part of a team that participates in all warehouse operations and activities. The Warehouse Associate should be task-oriented, organized, and able to lift/move heavy objects as needed.

What you will do:

  • Sort cases from conveyor by route.
  • Stack merchandise on designated trailer routes.
  • Lift merchandise and work accurately at a fast pace.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Perform all physical demands of the position including frequent bending, stooping, reaching, continuous walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Shifts:

· 1st shift (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM) Monday - Friday

· 2nd shift (4:00 PM to 3:30 AM) Monday - Thursday

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent work ethic, reliable, and punctual.
  • Ability to communicate with others and report problems to correct personnel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be able to perform basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Software Applications:

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Proficiency in inventory software.
