Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate (Order Filler) plays a critical role in ensuring that safe, high-quality food reaches our partner agencies and, ultimately, individuals and families in our community. Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, this full-time, non-exempt position splits time between order fulfillment on the warehouse floor and managing orders within our inventory system.

Approximately 75% of this role is hands-on—pulling and building orders from dry storage, cooler, and freezer environments. The other 25% is spent working within our inventory software to manage orders, support inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient workflow.

At Dare to Care, our work is grounded in our mission: Working together to provide pathways to end hunger in our community and our vision of a nourished community where everyone can thrive. This role directly contributes to that impact every day.

The Warehouse Associate embodies our values of Belonging, Innovation, Respect, and Safety by collaborating effectively, treating others with dignity, identifying opportunities for improvement, and prioritizing safety in every task.
