Organization Requirement
A warehouse clerk to operate a start-up e-commerce Caribbean snack food and beverage hospitality distribution space.
Job Description
Responsible for maintaining daily operations of the warehouse distribution facility.
Hourly Wage
Based on experience.
Basic Skills
- Receiving, storing, and distributing goods and materials from popup shops and vendors
- Keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring the accuracy of records
- Picking and packing orders for shipment
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment
- Coordinating with other departments and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Resolving issues related to delivery, storage of goods, and popup shop operation.
- The job may also require experience with data entry, using computer systems and databases to track inventory levels and shipping information.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
- Willingness to learn basic POS systems.

Detail Task/ Work Activities
- Be the central hub for all popup shop or event locations.
- Distribute and receive merchandise from event sales managers.
- Write and record orders for merchandise or enter orders into computers.
- Explain venue requirements and guidelines to sales managers.
- Contact event sales managers with any pertinent information helpful to operations success.
- Arrange issued merchandise and equipment for pickup by sales team.
- Answer questions about product features and benefits per customer or sales managers request.
- Circulate among amongst sales team the goals for each event one’s are assigned.
- Input email lists retrieved by sales team into e-commerce CRM.
