Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist

As we continue to grow in the marketplace, we have an outstanding opportunity for a Part Time Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist for our Warehouse Facility in Plano, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: shipping and receiving, monthly physical counts, and the overall organization, cleanliness, and security of the facility. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process orders by fulfilling requests, pulling materials, boxing, and processing shipments in a timely manner.
• Receive and stock incoming product daily.
• Log and process incoming service.
• Enforce inventory controls.
• Provide quality service by following organizational standards.
• Promote a clean and safe work environment by keeping shelves, shipping area, and workstation neat and
• orderly.
• Complete progress reports.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.

Requirements: The primary requirements consist of, but are not limited to the following:

• Able to lift items weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Data entry
• Organization, planning and coordination
• Inventory control
• Time management
• Reporting and documentation
• Teamwork and dependability
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Familiarity with UPS WorldShip, Microsoft Office and ERPs preferred.
