AVM Group is a commercial construction company located in Cleveland, OH that specializes in Interior Systems, Controlled Environments, Radiation Shielding and Mechanical Systems.

Primary Job Function

As facilities manager at AVM Group, you will manage the daily operations of the AVM warehouse, and maintain all AVM Group facilities.

You also will perform repairs on small construction tools. Experience in this is a MUST.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee shipping and receiving of office and warehouse materials.
  • Manage warehouse inventory of tools, materials, & equipment and work with vendors to find best value for purchases.
  • Make repairs as needed on construction tools.
  • Work with field personnel on fabrication projects.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, cleaning and repairs.
  • Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance scheduling.
  • Manage tagging and tracking of tools and equipment.
  • Deliver tools and equipment to job sites.

Required Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

This role requires the following skills experience:

  • Forklift certification.
  • High level of organization.
  • Mechanical skills for equipment and construction tool repair.
  • Valid drivers license and clean record for deliveries.

Additional Role Information

Reports to Chief Operating Officer.

Compensation

  • Starting salary of $50,000 per year.
  • Full health benefits paid by the company.
  • 401K with a match after 1 year of employment.
  • 25% profit sharing eligibility after 1 year of employment. Plan has reached goal since 2015.
  • Generous PTO plan.
