Full job description
Job Summary:
The purpose of the Campus Coordinator is to facilitate systems that help people find their place, fulfill their purpose, and grow with Christ.
The Campus Coordinator will work to maintain the day‐to‐day operations of the Campus office and support the work of managing its time, resources, and commitments. This position will also be the point person for all Campus Service and Event operations. This position is responsible for always maintaining complete confidentiality.
Essential Duties, responsibilities, Accountabilities & Deliverables:
The Campus Coordinator is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to oversight and/or direct responsibility for:
- Schedule Campus Pastor appointments and manage meeting requests.
- Document correspondence, visits, calls, emails, etc. in Element Church database.
- Manage petty cash and complete all expense reports, purchase orders and check requests for Campus.
- Act as a liaison for all VIP’s (including logistics, travel, and hospitality).
- Communicate with Team Leaders, staff and/or ministry volunteers to ensure all service details are in order.
- Support Campus Pastor in ghost writing with letters of recommendation, letters of reference, organizational letters, touch cards and emails.
- Collaborate with Campus Pastor on Volunteer appreciation, and any other gifts for key contacts and distribute as needed.
- Assist in overall communication from Campus Pastor’s office to all staff in a professional manner.
- Maintain Agendas for all Campus Meetings and Meetings the Campus Pastor is a part of.
- Maintain Inventory of all Campus Property.
- Maintaining software systems for the campus.
- Work closely with all departments to make sure everything is ready for Services. Point person for any issues that arise on a Sunday.
- The coordinator will be direct oversight of the Administration, Business and Dream Team for the WRN campus.
Job skills and requirements:
- Highly skilled in the use of computer programs, including Planning Center Online, Rock RMS, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite and internet savvy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Central Leadership.
- Demonstrate professionalism and poise when communicating with external requests.
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to multi‐task
Key result area:
· Campus Pastor and Staff are receiving clear and timely communication on a consistent basis.
· Documentation is expedient, clear, and shared in a timely follow up.
· Campus staff and church members feel appreciated and always loved from the coordinator.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
