Company and Culture: PuroClean Restoration Specialists is a locally owned family business that has been operating for 17 years. A leader in emergency property restoration services, PuroClean helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, Trauma/Crime scene clean up and other conditions resulting in property damage. Job Position Description:This position is fast paced at times and requires thinking on your feet. You will be learning how to remove things like drywall, carpet and pad, cleaning house fires, sewage back-up cleaning, etc. We are looking for people who love working with their hands, getting dirty, helping others and want to learn and grow in new trades. Some of these include massive clean-ups, some include packing and moving customers contents, some include removing things or demo. We assist in what could be their worst day, so compassion and patience are needed. You will get to train and learn all aspects of the business as we are all one team working for one goal.
Responsibilities:
- Follow directions and Industry standards as directed
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, safe, orderly manner
- Leave jobsite clean and orderly daily
- Be coachable and willing to learn and advance
- Manage Customer Satisfaction
- Effectively perform and learn all aspects of the production processes as directed
- Effectively communicate with customers, Teammates and Management
- Utilize various software as directed
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license
- Pass a background check
- Some general construction and power tools knowledge (preferred not required)
- Desire for continued learning and growth and helping others
- Attention to details
- Awareness and respect for safety
- Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
