Job Overview

The Website & Marketing Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing projects and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Your primary focus is keeping everything on track—coordinating with clients and website designers, following up on deadlines, and making minor website content changes.

In addition, this role will involve:

Sending marketing emails

Making small website updates (We'll teach you the basics of WordPress & Shopify overtime)

Taking notes in meetings and following up on action items

Maintaining client relationships

Assisting with administrative and operational tasks

This position starts as part-time but has the potential to transition into full-time as the workload grows. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about growing with us!

Requirements / Nice-to-Have Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills – You’ll be juggling multiple projects, so staying on top of deadlines is key.

Experience in project coordination, marketing, or client communication – Whether it’s in school, a job, or a side hustle, we want to hear how you’ve handled projects before.

Basic knowledge of website platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Elementor (or a willingness to learn—we teach 70+ year-old clients, you can learn too).

Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – You’ll be interacting with clients and team members, so clear communication is a must.

Ability to take initiative and work independently – We’re a small team, and we love self-starters.
