WEEKENDS OFF!

ULTIMATELY, OUR SERVICE ADVISORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Upon receiving an inspection report from your technicians, you are responsible to generate estimates for all maintenance and repair items using our Shop Management software.
  • You will present the technician's findings and your estimate to guests in an efficient and effective manner to both inform and educate them on the stats of their vehicle (the good, the bad, the ugly).
  • Upon approval from clients, you are responsible to shop for parts from approved vendors in a timely manner; track arrival and verify with technician immediately to ensure parts are correct
  • Verify that you produce full documentation on every repair order (Concern, Cause, Correction)
  • Ensuring your Shop Management System (Tekmetric) reflects the on-ground reality.
  • Customer Experience to Customer Promoters ! Be sure we are always prepared to host guests with the appropriate amenities which include but are not limited to snacks and beverages, paper towels, toiletries, thank you cards, warranty pamphlets, hand sanitizer etc.
  • Shop Cleanliness (interior, exterior, bathrooms, garage) by establishing practices that ensure routine cleaning and maintenance of the entire shop ecosystem.

SALES PERFORMANCE:

  • Keep our customers informed by updating throughout each day and prompt action on phone calls, emails, voicemails, SMS and other sales activity
  • Customer experience! Must create a great customer experience and have a culture of "Yes"!!
  • Keep your team morale up as you are the liaison between your technicians and the customer !
  • Be a part of a customer centric philosophy where we take care of the Customer 1st and the Car 2nd

INTEGRITY STANDARD:

  • Present Customers with all repairs suggested by your talented technicians
  • Verify full documentation is present on every ticket to justify each repair
  • Use Quality parts when available and ensure the Customer leaves with a vehicle that is safe and reliable
