Welder (TIG) - 10 hour AM shift, MON-THURS 5:00am-3:30pm

Advanced Industries LLC has been in business for over 50 years as a turnkey manufacturing company fabricating aluminum and steel products for the Department of Defense. We have built long-term customer relationships by providing superior products, excellent customer service, quality control, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on various metal components according to specifications and drawings
- Assemble and fabricate metal parts using power tools and hand tools
- Follow welding codes, standards, and procedures to ensure quality and safety
- Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Actively participate in all 6S processes within assigned department
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Must pass pre-employment drug screen!
- Proven experience as a TIG welder and proficient in TIG welding techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies
