1st Shift
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift
Monday – Thursday
3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
3rd Shift
Monday – Thursday
9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What You’ll Do
This role is responsible for welding and fabricating standard and custom bins, hoppers, silos, tanks, and related equipment used across industries including food processing, plastics, chemicals, wastewater, and manufacturing.
Daily responsibilities may include:

Measuring, layout work, grinding, and blueprint reading

Tack welding and final welding of components

Operating welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently

Using overhead cranes, torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and material handling equipment

Setting up weld equipment for specific tasks and materials

Inspecting welds and finished surfaces for quality and accuracy

Grinding and finishing welds for clean, professional appearance

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area

Following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
What We’re Looking For
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
-
Experience with GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW processes preferred

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
