Become a Wellness Coach/Therapy Assisstant at OsteoStrong!

• Demonstrate exercises and routines to clients
• Assisting clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote wellness
• Schedules and completes client record keeping according to standard operating procedures
• Modify exercises according to clients' fitness levels
• Monitoring client progress
• Help schedule appointments
• Assist in opening and closing duties
• Must be able to communicate how our system and machines can improve wellness and lifestyle (training provided).

Qualifications:

• (A MUST!) People person, outgoing and professional
• (Preferred) Membership-based business experience
• (Preferred) Health & Wellness background

• (Preferred) previous experience in a customer service role
• (Preferred) previous experience in a sales role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
