Misha & Puff is looking for a an entrepreneurial-spirited and customer service-oriented individual who can support the growing wholesale sales channel. This motivated and enthusiastic individual will collaborate both internally and externally to support global sales growth and brand expansion.

This is a hybrid position based in Peabody, MA.

Wholesale Sales Support :

  • Manage leads, customers and communications with accounts. Manage CRM across channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and store owners - provide frequent account updates on orders, shipping details. Issue PO Confirmations, Invoices, collect deposits, balances on time.
  • Ability to present seasonal collections both in person and virtually
  • Analyze weekly, monthly and seasonal selling reports; apply critical lens to performance to identify areas to optimize. Communicate learnings internally and with partners to inform future strategies
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Influence category assortments by analyzing product performance, customer feedback, consumer trend, competitive landscape, and local market knowledge
  • Develop knowledge of business and competitive landscape in global markets
  • Bring best practices to this role, with proven abilities to drive sales and thoughtfully manage multiple accounts across several channels.
  • Proactively target and establish connections with accounts that would be a strong fit for Misha & Puff.
  • Provide accounts with digital and printed support assets, product knowledge and training information
  • Serve as the lead contact with internal and external teams in the development, execution and communication of marketing materials to support all wholesale and event promotional needs
  • Partner with accounts through events, store visits and other activations – bring fresh ideas to the table on ways to support and deepen partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, production, design and marketing teams
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating B2B wholesale platforms as needed
  • Trade show attendance and support – currently 4 per year
  • Responsible for coordinating with production regarding arrival and availability of samples, and communicating with distributor partners
  • Domestic and International travel required

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  • 5+ years experience in a related field – luxury experience is a plus
  • Strong CRM experience
  • Proven track record of account management and exhibiting sales growth
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills - knowledge of retail math concepts
  • Exceptional level of customer service and support
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a solution driven attitude to address problems as they arise; adaptive to changing priorities
  • Must have exceptional time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work collaboratively with both internal team members and external partners
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel and PowerPoint – Experience with AirTable a plus
  • Knowledge of and passion for fair trade and sustainable fashion principals
  • Interest and knack for styling
