Full job description

The Post Partum Women Program (PPW) will deliver high quality substance use treatment, recovery and other needed services to at risk pregnant and post partum women and their children. This will be done through a residential-recovery based community.

The Women's Coordinator will act as a liaison between LCHD and coordinating agencies. This individual will communicate and coordinate training and programming to promote services. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation of risk, as well as other duties as required relating to women in the program.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with women who are in recovery from substance use issues.

High School Diploma required;

Bachelor of Social Work, Human Services or a related field, preferred.
