We are currently searching for a Yardi Systems Support Analyst with direct experience supporting residential and commerical real estate clients with conversions and help desk support.

Do You:

  • Have 2+ years direct experience working within the Yardi Voyager and/or Yardi Breeze environments?
  • Have direct knowledge in supporting Yardi residential and affordable housing modules with conversions and/or providing technical help desk support to these clients?
  • Have advanced knowledge of the administrative functions within Yardi?
  • Have prior real estate accounting experience and knowledge?

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participates in and/or leads software support and administration projects which may include help desk/ticketing troubleshooting, support and resolution; software conversions/upgrades; ETL work; loading and/or validating accounting information as part of software upgrades/conversions; and client training.
  • Manages and updates project management plans, weekly client calls, and ongoing project communications.
  • Troubleshoots escalated issues and ensures requests are handled timely, accurately and with a focus on customer service. Proactively communicates with senior leadership.
  • Conducts ongoing training with clients and internal team on processes, policies, and protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

No formal supervisory responsibilities. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or portfolio-specific training to co-workers.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field from a four-year college or university with two years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and/or Licenses

None required.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to effectively present information in a clear, articulate, and accurate fashion.

Financial Knowledge

  • Requires basic/intermediate knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) regulations including knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, interest, and commissions.
  • Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to conduct independent financial analysis.

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite Products), including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Ability to identify problems and take corrective action in varying and sometimes ambiguous circumstances and with limited information.
  • Ability to follow directions and provide timely follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks.
