Indeed’s mission is to help people get jobs. Glassdoor’s mission is to help people everywhere find a job and company they love. Both Indeed and Glassdoor believe that companies who tell their story well turn relevant candidates into hires. Today we are pleased to announce a new partnership between our companies intended to do just that.

This will give our clients access to an unmatched audience representing more than 80% of US online job seekers1 across industries, education levels and years of experience.

Employers will now be able to use Indeed’s job advertising products to reach job seekers on Indeed and Glassdoor, and will have the ability to advertise and manage their jobs on both platforms.

Although Indeed and Glassdoor have continued to operate separately since our parent company Recruit Holdings acquired Glassdoor in 2018, we’ve made a lot of progress recently and we’re looking forward to exploring more opportunities to accelerate innovation and growth.

“We’re partnering to help employers more holistically find, hire, and retain talent,” says Nolan Farris, Chief Revenue Officer at Indeed. “Through this partnership, clients can access a best-in-class recruiting experience between Indeed and Glassdoor, together delivering 72% of all hires² made from an external source. We’re thrilled to be able to deliver even more value to our clients.”

This partnership will continue supporting Indeed’s mission to help people find the jobs they love and give employers access to a larger and more diverse audience.

Stay tuned for more updates of our partnership to come. If you’re an Indeed and Glassdoor client, your sales representative and client success teams will be reaching out to best support you in the coming days and weeks.
