There have never been more ways to attract and recruit talent, but the latest Top Sources of Hire Report from SilkRoad shows the top external sources perform far above the rest.

For the fifth year in a row, a deep analysis of the data showed that Indeed greatly outperforms other job search engines and job boards as online sources of hire—58% of external online hires are sourced from Indeed (up from 54% in 2015).

According to SilkRoad, Indeed is also the most successful source of hire among all sources of external recruitment—including offline sources such as job fairs and print job advertisements. Indeed delivers 43% of external hires and nearly 2.5X as many hires as all other external sources combined. Indeed is also the most dominant source of interviews, delivering 52% of external interviews. This is more than 6X as many interviews as CareerBuilder, the next largest external source.
