- Under $5,000: 11%
- $5,000 to $8,000: 13%
- Over $8,000: 15%

• Insurance cost: $2,100 per month (billed every 4 weeks)

- Week 1: $700
- Week 2: $700
- Week 3: $700
- Week 4: No charge

• ELD (Electronic Logging Device) available for $50 with 24/7 support
