Idekoba led the acquisition of Indeed in 2012 and served as its CEO and President from 2013 to 2019. With Deko’s return, it will further accelerate Recruit Group’s strategy to Simplify Hiring. Chris Hyams, CEO of Indeed since April 2019, has decided to step down, and will remain on as an advisor through the end of the year.
