Indeed Deploys Salesforce’s Agentforce to Power Smarter Hiring
At Indeed, we’re committed to one powerful mission: help people get jobs. That mission drives everything we do — and that includes supporting employers to easily and quickly connect with quality talent.
To help with our ambitious goal of reducing job search duration by half, we’ve partnered with Salesforce to deploy Agentforce, an AI platform that brings autonomous agents into the flow of our work. We’re using Agentforce to take on routine onboarding and account-related questions, helping us better support the millions of employers who use Indeed. For example, if an employer is alerted to an issue with a job posting—like a job description that’s too brief—they can simply ask an AI agent why it was flagged. Agentforce will provide a clear explanation, suggest a solution, and guide them towards a resolution.
By automating repetitive tasks, our teams can focus on what matters the most—such as engaging with customers and resolving critical issues where human involvement is essential. This, in turn, makes them more effective and ultimately more fulfilled in their roles.
