AUSTIN, TX (May 31, 2024)Indeed, the world’s #1 job siteComscore, Total Visits, March 2024and a global job matching and hiring platform, today announces the appointments of Maggie Hulce to Chief Revenue Officer and LaFawn Davis to Chief People & Sustainability Officer. In these newly created roles, Hulce and Davis will continue to serve on Indeed’s senior leadership team and report to Chris Hyams, Indeed CEO.

Hulce, in her role as Chief Revenue Officer, will lead Indeed’s global revenue organization, including sales, client success, go-to-market acceleration and marketing teams, while driving strategy and marketplace alignment with the R&D function. Hulce was previously Executive Vice President and General Manager for Job Seeker at Indeed, where she led product, engineering, design, strategy and operations teams. Before leading Indeed’s Job Seeker teams, she held roles as General Manager for Enterprise Research & Development and Vice President of Global Sales Strategy. She previously held roles at Google and McKinsey & Company. 

Hulce is a board member of Social Venture Partners and a member of the Connecticut Governor’s Workforce Council. Hulce graduated cum laude from Harvard with a BA in Economics and received her MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Davis will oversee an integrated People & Sustainability organization focused on helping all Indeed employees grow and thrive, while embedding equity and sustainability in everything Indeed does. In her role, Davis oversees HR, talent attraction and engagement, employee enablement, learning and development and people transformation teams. She also leads DEIB+, social and environmental impact, and responsible AI & technology teams.

Previously, Davis was Senior Vice President of ESG and Vice President of Inclusion at Indeed, where she expanded Indeed’s diversity and inclusion group to include equity and belonging. Before Indeed, Davis held HR, D&I and culture roles at Google, PayPal and Twilio. 

Davis serves on the board of the World Wellbeing Movement and as an advisory board member of Lesbians Who Tech. Davis is also a limited partner in Operator Collective and an angel investor and fellow of the Black Venture Institute. She has been listed among Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, Entrepreneur’s 100 Women of Impact, and Fast Company’s Queer50.
