Full job description

This position is responsible for the support and execution of educational content through the community in the WorldLink Medical Academy Forum. This includes components related to marketing, education and events that support our initiatives and goals

Responsibilties

  • Minor website updates
  • Management and organization of assets in Canva
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of assets for patient education
  • Project management of educational events through Asana
  • Managing event calendars in the community platform and on the website
  • Coordination of and hosting of online events in the community. These include monthly webinars, weekly Q and A’s, interactive quiz’s, case study and journal club programs. This involves the organization and hosting of the event and posting recordings for the community
  • Supports creative with blog headers, icons, guides, PPT templates
  • Putting together and maintaining presentations based on detailed course outlines. This includes program within and outside the community of learners.
  • Managing online programs for duration and activity both for CME and Non CME content
  • Evaluating program activity and make recommendations based on usage and engagement.
  • Evaluate overall community engagement and work with community engagement specialist to implement new strategies as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3 years min) in the Medical education field
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in tracking multiple events at one time
  • Familiarity with community platforms, Asana project management software, Microsoft suite, canva
  • Graphic design and creative skills strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Possesses a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technology devices as assigned
  • Some travel for periodic events required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
