Full job description

Cambridge Kitchens, a leading name in bespoke luxury cabinetry and millwork, is seeking a Factory Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations in our high-tech manufacturing facility in Hicksville, NY. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of skilled craftsmen and machine operators
  • Maintain daily and weekly production schedules to ensure timely project delivery
  • Implement and enforce strict quality control standards at every stage
  • Operate and oversee advanced machinery including CNC machines, automated table saws, edge banders, etc.
  • Work closely with our design and project management teams to interpret shop drawings and troubleshoot production issues
  • Monitor materials, inventory, and workflow to ensure efficiency
  • Foster a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cabinet or millwork production, with supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of custom cabinet construction methods and joinery
  • Proficiency with Cabinet Vision or similar cabinet software (reading and interpreting)
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Experience with high-end, custom residential projects a must

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:
