Staff Psychotherapist

Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychotherapy and counseling to a diverse clientele.

- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals

- Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address client issues

- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments

- Stay up-to-date with current research in the field of psychotherapy and counseling and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Skills:

- Strong clinical skills in providing therapy

- Strong Retention and rapport-building

- Experience working with clients in a mental health setting

- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients

- Strong organizational skills

Qualifications

- Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LP)

- Proficiency in conducting psychotherapy sessions

- Experience in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation

- Strong organizational skills to manage patient assessments and treatment plans

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Based on mental health clinical experience, licensure level, and the applicable compensation model)

Below are the available Full-time Work Schedules:

(A) Full-time (Mon-Fri): 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (Weekends Off)

(B) Full-time (Tue-Fri): 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, Sat: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Sun-Mon Off)

(C) Full-time (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri): 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Wed: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (Weekends Off)

(D) For those interested in part-time hours, please provide your schedule availability. (20 hrs) Our operating hours are from Monday to Saturday. The highest demand for counseling therapy sessions is in the early afternoons, evenings, & weekends.

• We offer two compensation models: Annual salary or fee-for-service hybrid compensation (minimum baseline guaranteed pay with billable hour rate). Full-time W2 compensation models, both of which include full benefits. The choice is yours.
