Who We Are:

At Spark Learning, we’re a locally owned, BCBA-led clinic where RBTs are valued, supported, and empowered to grow in their careers. We use a naturalistic, play-based approach to ABA, delivering high-quality, individualized therapy designed to meet each child’s unique needs and strengths.

Here, you’ll work hands-on with kids every day, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence. You’ll also collaborate closely with BCBAs, speech therapists, families, and other team members in a fun, supportive, and professional environment. At Spark, we celebrate your contributions, provide mentorship, and make sure you have the resources and guidance you need to succeed, all while doing meaningful work that truly changes lives.

Your Role:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of BCBAs.
  • Deliver play-based, child-led interventions that engage and motivate clients.
  • Collect accurate and timely data on client progress during each session.
  • Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs while reinforcing learning objectives.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and consistent care to all clients.
  • Communicate regularly with BCBAs, families, and team members about client progress and needs.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with other therapists (e.g., speech) to ensure a holistic approach for each child.

Who You Are:

  • Passion for the field of ABA and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
  • Commitment to growth, whether you're building your skills as an RBT or working toward future professional goals in the field.
  • A warm, engaging personality that helps build strong connections with children and creates a positive therapy environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, enjoying teamwork and working closely with BCBAs, therapists, and families.
  • Openness to feedback and learning, with the ability to both give and receive constructive input in a growth-focused way.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively document progress and collaborate with the team.
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude, bringing energy and encouragement to clients and coworkers alike.
  • Ability to serve families in North Austin and surrounding areas.

Culture & Benefits:

  • Play-based sessions that keep therapy fun and engaging for both therapists and kids
  • Supportive BCBAs who are present, approachable, and invested in your growth
  • A team-oriented clinic where collaboration and mentorship are encouraged
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and pursue future BCBA goals
  • Quarterly performance reviews with opportunities for raises
  • A workplace that celebrates progress, positivity, and teamwork
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Mental Health Coverage, Short- and Long-Term Disability, 11 + Paid Company Holidays, Parental Leave
  • Clear career advancement paths with opportunities to grow Lead Registered Behavior Technician and Mentorship Therapist (RBTs pursuing their BCBA Certifications through our mentorship program)
