Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Training Available

At Spark Learning, we’re a locally owned, BCBA-led clinic where RBTs are valued, supported, and empowered to grow in their careers. We use a naturalistic, play-based approach to ABA, delivering high-quality, individualized therapy designed to meet each child’s unique needs and strengths.

Here, you’ll work hands-on with kids every day, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence. You’ll also collaborate closely with BCBAs, speech therapists, families, and other team members in a fun, supportive, and professional environment. Your Role:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of BCBAs.
• Deliver play-based, child-led interventions that engage and motivate clients.
• Collect accurate and timely data on client progress during each session.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs while reinforcing learning objectives.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and consistent care to all clients.
• Communicate regularly with BCBAs, families, and team members about client progress and needs.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with other therapists (e.g., speech) to ensure a holistic approach for each child.

• Ability to serve families in North Austin and surrounding areas.
