AZC Drug Testing is excited to continue expanding our operations in Southern Arizona and is currently seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Collection Technician to join our growing Tucson team.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, value professionalism and accuracy, and enjoy working with people while supporting workplace safety and compliance services across our community.

We provide all required training as a paid training program and are committed to developing long-term team members within our organization.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform drug and alcohol testing collections in accordance with DOT and non-DOT regulations
• Conduct fingerprinting services, including TSA fingerprint collections
• Maintain accurate documentation and chain of custody procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and donors
• Ensure all collections and paperwork are completed with accuracy and professionalism
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and staff across multiple clinic locations
• Assist with operational coverage needs at both Tucson-area clinic locations as needed
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Follow all company compliance policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
• Support team operations in a flexible, solution-oriented manner

Requirements

Qualified candidates must:

• Be punctual, dependable, and professional
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Be willing and available to assist at other Tucson-area clinic locations when coverage is needed
• Be open to occasional Saturday scheduling
• Successfully pass:
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Random drug screenings during employment
• Criminal background check
• TSA background/fingerprint clearance requirements
• Be capable of handling confidential and sensitive information professionally
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment

Training

• All required training is provided by AZC Drug Testing
• Training is fully paid
• No prior industry experience required for the right candidate
