Duties

Conduct comprehensive pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality.
Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems using hand tools and power tools.
Perform routine inspections of pool components to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Replace or repair damaged parts with precision, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain detailed service records of all work performed, including repairs, maintenance tasks, and client communications.
Assist with troubleshooting complex mechanical problems by applying technical knowledge and innovative solutions.
Communicate clearly with clients about service procedures, maintenance schedules, and repair recommendations to foster trust and satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as a pool service technician or repair technician with a strong background in pool maintenance and equipment repair.
Mechanical knowledge of pool systems and familiarity with various types of pool equipment is essential.
Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Service technician experience preferred, demonstrating ability to diagnose issues efficiently and execute repairs confidently.
Knowledge of chemical balancing procedures and pool cleaning techniques is required.
Strong maintenance skills with an emphasis on safety protocols and quality workmanship.
