Commercial Electrical Foreman

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial construction and facility projects in the Mechanicsburg, PA area. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate jobsite activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites
• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work activities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Install and oversee installation of conduit, wiring, panels, and equipment
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Ensure compliance with NEC, safety standards, and company policies
• Manage materials, tools, and jobsite productivity
• Troubleshoot electrical systems as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Prior experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred (Not Required):

• Journeyman License
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification

Work Environment:
Projects are primarily commercial facilities including offices, schools, healthcare, and similar environments. Local work in the Mechanicsburg / Central PA region.
