At Pow Marketing, we’re growing fast in Dallas and looking for energetic, competitive, and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives.

This role is perfect for recent grads, career changers, athletes, outgoing personalities, and leaders in the community/projects and really anyone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required — we provide hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship. Individuals who are interested will also have an opportunity for leadership training and development from day one.

What You’ll Do as our Entry Level Sales Representative:

  • Represent nationally recognized brands like Hello Fresh, T-Mobile, and Tim Hortons, among others, at retail events, site locations, and promotions
  • Engage directly with customers and answer questions about products and services
  • Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
  • Assist with customer support and problem resolution
  • Learn sales techniques, communication strategies, and leadership skills
  • Work alongside a high-energy team in a collaborative environment

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Think of this role as a blend of real-world business experience, communication coaching, team culture, and hands-on sales training all built into one fast-paced growth environment.

This is not a sit-at-a-desk-all-day type of role. Every day is designed to help you build confidence, leadership skills, public speaking ability, and professional communication experience while working alongside a highly motivated team.

Morning Development Session | 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Each morning starts with team-based training focused on:

  • Communication and leadership development
  • Sales psychology and consumer behavior
  • Public speaking and confidence building
  • Pitch practice and roleplay exercises
  • Goal setting and recognition for team achievements
  • Learning real-world business and networking skills

The atmosphere is upbeat, collaborative, energetic, and designed to help people grow professionally in a supportive environment.

Field Experience & Presentations | 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
After training, teams head into assigned territories for the day. Depending on the campaign, this may include:

  • Event marketing
  • Brand activations
  • Customer outreach
  • Residential presentations
  • Community engagement
  • Face-to-face sales interactions

You’ll work directly with experienced leaders while gaining real-world communication and business experience.

Lunch Break | 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Team members break for lunch, recharge, and regroup before afternoon activities.

Afternoon Campaign Work | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
The afternoon focuses on continuing presentations, customer interactions, and campaign execution while developing time management, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.

End-of-Day Recap & Growth Session | 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
The team returns to the office to:

  • Review the day’s wins and lessons
  • Celebrate team accomplishments
  • Practice leadership and mentorship skills
  • Learn advanced business strategies
  • Set goals for the next day
