About the Role:
We are looking for a caring, reliable Midday Classroom & Behavior Support Assistant to support our team during lunch, classroom transitions, and nap time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in behavior support and the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) field.
What You’ll Do:
- Support teachers during lunch and classroom transitions
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe, positive environment
- Assist with nap time routines (settling children, maintaining a calm atmosphere)
- Provide gentle behavior support and guidance
- Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and running smoothly
Training & Growth Opportunity:
We provide on-the-job training in behavior support strategies, with opportunities to learn skills used in the ABA field.
We provide on-the-job training in positive behavior support, child development, and classroom management strategies. Team members interested in behavioral therapy may also have opportunities to learn skills used in the ABA field and pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow!
