Good culture, high consensus=lots of meeting, work/life balance missing
Senior Finance Manager(Accounting) (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – March 24, 2019
Good place to work for the culture. Not overly cult like, and felt like the company advanced the greater good of society. In the financial areas, high work load due to lots of meeting, and fixed deadlines. Somewhat political. You can work hard, but you will be recognized more quickly and gain more opportunities if your bosses like your personality as well as your work. Not always fair, and that bias is in every work place, but more pronounced at SFDC. Especially in F&S.
