I was the opening Manager and mainly responsible for wait staff and overall well-being of the restaurant. I had to complete all opening duties in regards to making sure the restaurant was ready for the day. I would send out our daily sales to owners and managers. I also signed for deliveries and did checks on invoices. I was responsible for all reservations and special parties on and off site. I considered my co-workers my family and would still love being friends with them.
The hardest part of my job was dealing with schedules. Everyone had different openings and would call in so that it was sometimes difficult to accommodate. But on the flip side the staff was an amazing group and I loved all of our interactions.
