Promoted to Associate Designer in February 2013
Designed and worked on the sister brand ‘Hollister Betty’s’, specifically designing layering and fashion tops.
Developed brand strategy and timelines each season to comply with corporate calendar and deliver brand positive product, while meeting time and cost restraints.
Managerial experience with an intern directly reporting to me, and providing new hire training within the department.
Experience at designer level while solely designing for Hollister tops
Sketching ideas in illustrator, and updating and creating Trim pages in PDM/PLM.
Passing, fitting, and analyzing each style with my technical design team for ease of production.

Developed excellent sketching and illustration skills to develop and communicate ideas.
Designing into in store table or room presentations pre sketch review
Preparing mock-ups along with design and mood boards for a monthly review directly meeting with the CEO, where I would present each season’s line for sign-off on design and production.
Working closely with my merchandising team on a daily basis to creatively work through and solve product development issues, making sure we are always considering the delivery of the best possible product.
Traveling for samples/inspirational shopping and following up with written reports.
Collaborated with the social media team to advertise and market the Abercrombie lifestyle, in order to generate brand interest and customer loyalty.
