Depending on the number of clients is the number of supervisors you’ll have. I work directly with client and their families in their homes. You’re given a case file with programs to run. You need to figure out yourself how to run the programs on your own. I have had one supervisor that comes once a week to see progress. For my other client, she/he has had three different supervisors lasting only 1 to 2 months, checking on the client’s progress once a month.
If a client cancels you don’t get paid, you can make up some lost hours in the office with prior notice to office supervisor however at $5 less than your regular pay rate.
